Customer Service - Shipping and Delivery

Shipping information for USA, Canada and International Orders

We ship orders Monday thru Friday via the U.S. Postal Service. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. You will receive shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information (for Priority Mail orders only) within 24 hours of shipment. Most shipments within the U.S. arrive within 2 to 3 business days after your order has been shipped, depending on location. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you by e-mail regarding fulfillment.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping. Our standard shipping method for U.S. orders is USPS Priority Mail. We ship orders to Canada and other countries via USPS First Class International Mail. Our shopping cart will compute your shipping cost to your address before checkout.

Shipping to Canada

Shipments to Canada are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Most shipments arrive within 10 to 14 business days after your order has been shipped. For each shipment, we are required by law to complete the USPS Customs Declaration CN 22. International Orders and Shipping

We accept orders online and ship to many foreign countries. Shipments to foreign countries are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Depending on the country, most shipments arrive within approximately 10 business days after your order has been shipped. International shipping rates are the same as the chart above. Our shopping cart will automatically charge the correct amount for shipping based on your order total.

If you attempt to order online and our shopping cart does not accept your order, this means we are not set up to accept orders from your country. If you would still like to order, please contact us by phone or email and we may be able to add your country to our online capabilities.
